One Year Limited Warranty
Warranty is active at the date of customer delivery in regards to new Elho Products. Warranty registration must be filled out and sent back to M&M as soon as possible after purchase to validate warranty.
Any claims require the product model and serial number. All claims must be discussed with a representative of M&M Equipment Inc prior to any repairs or warranty will be void. New and unused product is warranted by M&M Equipment, to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and regular service as described in the owner’s manual, for a period of 1 year from the date of delivery to the customer. Warranty is limited to the repair of the product and / or replacement of parts. Misuse, modification, lack of normal maintenance, and operating in unreasonable conditions will void warranty.
Customer: If issues develop within the warranty period with the product, contact the local dealer from whom you purchased the unit. Only M&M authorized dealers may make warranty repairs to the product or provide the replacement of defective parts, unless otherwise approved by M&M.
Dealer: must notify M&M of the defect before repair / replacement is made. Recommended repairs/ replacement and costs are to be discussed with, and agreed on, by an authorized M&M representative.
All claims must be accompanied by photographs of the defective product. Defective part or parts may need to be returned to M&M to validate warranty claim.
Replacement parts carry 90 day warranty from time of pickup by the customer. Replacement part warranty does not include any labour cost compensation. Defects in material and workmanship under normal use will be covered by the replacement parts warranty. Misuse, modification, lack of normal maintenance, and operating in sub standard conditions will void warranty.
This warranty does not cover the following items:
Normal replacement of service/wear items. Normal maintenance or adjustments. Machine or parts lost or damaged during shipment. Damages resulting from – misuse, negligence, accident, theft or fire, use of improper or insufficient fluids or lubricants, use of after market parts or accessories, unless approved by M&M, modifications, alteration, tampering, improper repair. M&M shall not, in any event, be liable for any losses, damages or costs; to include profits, travel, transportation, pick up, delivery, towing cost, tow vehicle, loss of use, whether special, incidental, consequential or otherwise, in any way.
There are no warranties, expressed or implied, other than those specified herein. No agent, employee or other person has any authority to vary any of the foregoing provisions.
