Elho Scorpio 710 Stone Picker Service Bulletin May 2023
Subject: Model 710 – Wing Gauge Wheel Service Update
Attn: All Elho dealers and customers, please note there is a service update needed for all Elho Scorpio 710 Model Stone Pickers. Refer to the information below for correct wing gauge wheel location. Please adjust wing wheels on all 710 models for maximum performance.
- Unfold your 710 model picker.
- Verify current wing wheel location, most unit will have wing wheel places at outer most edge of wings. Perform on both wing.
- Loosen 4 cap screws holding wing wheel to each wing frame.
- Slide wing wheel assembly toward centre of machine. Make sure outside edge of wing wheel assembly is located 1000mm (39.37”) from inside outer flange of wing (see pictures below). Make sure surfaces are clean before moving wing wheel and securing. This is a recommended measurement, fine adjust may be needed for your specific unit and application.
- Tighten 4 bolts to 100nm (75ft lbs).
- Fold unit and verify no interference on fold cycle.
- After 10hrs unit use please re-check bolt tightness.
- Please also remember to use wings on 710 Model in FLOAT POSITION FOR HYDRAULICS
